After a quick calculation, I assume thats after 20 laps.

just for a laff, i did a one lapper with one of IBs cars on Ice Speed track. you know the deal, AMW was in so i didnt quit it.
and check this out...
i wonder what happens if you go over the hour... will it read minutes again?

I once went over the hour, after doing 60 laps on my own F1 RC GP, the clock just counts the minutes, ie: 76 minutes.
I suppose the max would be 99 minutes.
