Actually Adamodell, NO it doesn't count as it has a top speed of over 63mph.

Out of curiousity, why does everybody use mph?
Most of this game's people are from Europe, so ya think most of them would be using kmh.

Well, for one the TopSpeed in parameters.txt is in MPH.

The "Standard" system is exclusive to the U.S.
Every other country in the world uses the Metric system.

No, Adamodell, The UK still uses MPH. All our speed limits and road signs are in miles. And so are maps.
