is there ANY way to create some kind of new Rating/Class for re-volt?
like super-pro or something so you can race with the customs you want to.

No one has yet found a way of adding a new rating, but it is easy to manipulate the current system. Just remove all the stock 4-rated cars and install your custom cars as '4s'. Or you could open each stock car and reduce its rating by 1 - this would give you extra rookies, which would make racing Phat Slug more of a challenge
