You mean the original version? Kinda hard to find, not many people have functioning disks anymore.

It is not legally available as a torrent download as far as I know. I'm not sure if there is any place in portugal where to get it, but I'd think there is. I just don't know any place in portugal that sells games. But its quite safe to order it from a foreign site too, I think.

I think it would be illegal... I maybe misunderstanding, knowing you I'm sure you don't want to steal. BSR is unfortunately not a free game, it is a commercial game.
The only legal way I know of getting this game is buying it from somewhere, as far as I know there are no legal torrent downloads for this. You can try asking BSR's creators if there are legal torrent downloads available. See

Don't ask for Big Scale Racing again, search google. If you want to download an illegal copy, just search by your own. You know that there is P2P programs, BitTorrent software...A lot of things.

I think that the copyright for a game should be renewed every year, or else it could legally be downloaded from the internet or another source for free.
