Can the tracks and cars from the PS2 version of RC- Revenge Pro be ported over somehow to the PC?

If not for the PS2 version.
Can the tracks and cars from the PS1 version be transferred to the PC somehow?

I know you can read ps2 disks in a dvd player, but how you'd go about converting the files I don't know.

Problem is that looking at the PS2 dvd on the PC the file structure for the cars and levels are hidden.

So I guess it is out of the question to bring them over to PC.

I believe the files that are found on a ps2 dvd are simply encrypted and/or compressed to only work on the ps2. I did some research and found this LINK. I dunno if that can help.
