Similar to how Rotor can upside down himself, is there a way to go backwards to forwards? That is, if I spun 180 degrees, I could just keep rolling forward using the UP arrow key. I'm a skateboarder, and if there was a paremeters adjustment resulting in what I have suggested to modify one of the skate cars, that would be phat. Thanx!

The rotor can drive upside down because of the Re-Volt engine. If you put it in a different folder, it will not be able to drive upside down anymore.
There are no stock cars that can do your trick, therefore your trick cannot be performed using the engine.
However, your trick is caused by your body's momentum. One could preform it on any car, but would either have to press the backwards button and continue accelerating or press no buttons and slowly deccelerate.
In other words, NO.
