At the end of Big Pink Looser, Patrick gets a trophy "For Not Doing Anything Longer Than Any Of Us".
At the end of the second video, Gary Come Home, the old lady is actually overfeeding Gary. One he realizes this, Gary runs away back to Spongebob, who is starting to snap of depression. Of course, Spongebob is overjoyed. They go home and Spongebob tells Gary that he'll get Gary some food. This causes Gary to meow a seemingly unhappy meow.
I think I saw the third one before, it was just a long time ago and I don't remember it.
