Hey viper, to host and race custom tracks online all must have
Revolt Version 1.10
If you have version 1.0 you need to patch the game to
version 1.10

ManMountain has patch 1207 in his RV Tool Shed at "ManMountain's site". Later,

PS - Patch 1207 allows the use of custom cars and tracks, and also disables the CD check.

and it disables the music.
