Please explain the procedure you follow to create your cars.
Then we might understand where you may be going wrong.

In zmodeler load up one car the parts that was invisible. Then ctrl+n save Then delete zmodeler.inf, then exit the file reloaad it, press E Then at the top delete all material but the default, Then tick primary textures and load car.bmp press ok, Then save it, then press ctrl+n save and delete zmodeler.inf press E apply changes then ok, After that save it again.(do this to all the parts that are invisible.)
