I really dont know who to ask specifically for it, but I wanted to know if someone could make a ferrari enzo or a bmw 645ci.

From scratch, not really, but a few people do conversions from some other car games.
If you know of a model that is in another game that could possibly be imported in to 3Dmax or Zmodler, then maybe someone could convert that to a revolt model.

on www.nfscars.net theres a ferrari enzo in needforspeed 6. I dont know if 3dmax is used, but I know zmodeler is.

Hmmm... I don't think so.
ReVolt really struggles with cars that have a poly count greater than 4000.
Unless during conversion the poly count can be reduced a great deal.
Are you sure there isn't already a similar model that can be simply repainted to make it look like an Enzo ?
