I am trying to fix this bug on Bird and bike that prevents them from properly fired water balloons and fireworks ...
If someone has a solution, let's know ...

There is no solution ...
To work like a real bike we need to set COM under the floor.
Water balloons and fireworks use COM as target, so when it's under the floor it's like Bike is behind a wall
The only way to hit Bird and bike is to try whn they do a jump ...

Reminds me of Bimota Tesi and similar bikes.
Do these suffer the same issues as the "official" dev bikes?

Can confirm, which is very sad. The only way this can be fixed is if weapons respected a CoM offset for spawning so a vehicle's CoM and the weapon's perceived CoM can be independent, and therefore allow for a resolution.
