Assuming your local IP is correct, 2300-2400 and 47624 are the correct ports and nothing in your router settings is set to block your incoming traffic altogether (pretty sure nothing like that was available in my previous Huawei router), your settings are correct. Check if your ports are properly forwarded using this website while hosting a game (do not test all of them, only 2300, 2400, one in between and 47624). Please let us know if they are open, closed or filtered.
