As the title states, this is what happens when I fire up RVGL and try to make a profile. Any idea what's causing this?

Run Re-Volt as an admin and it should work. (If your RV folder is located in Program Files, RV needs more rights in some cases.)

you can move the game folder to your user folder, it's actually "portable". but you'll have to adjust shortcuts and DirectPlay/RVHouse paths
