RTT-Pig@sque created the TTF (Toye Total Freedom) download from HERE.

Included in the zip file is a shortcut link to a web page that no longer exist's, this page gave full details of the cars construction.
There is no readme included and I was hoping someone may have copied or downloaded this web page.

Can anyone help ?

I was able to enter that site using the Wayback Machine, but last saved pages before the site's deletion were from Februrary 2005, and the car was made later. Nonetheless, you may check it out, as there is some interesting content, including a tutorial on how to create cars from scratch using ZModeler; unfortunately this seems to have nothing to do with the car tutorial.

In fact the links you may be looking for were posted here. Of course, they are broken and the Wayback Machine does not save them.

I think Pigasque is still on the barely active RVTT forums, you could try asking him about it there.
