It's actually a really simple issue to solve.
You see, aryo, the AI node you had as the "Starting Node" (The one that says Starting Node: Yes or No) was way after the point where the cars started. Make sure that the Starting Node is the one directly in front of your cars. I also added an additional AI node directly behind the starting grid, although I don't think it made that much of a difference.
Behold, the fixed AI for Out of Bound.
