There is a level that I used to play back a few years ago that was set in a city at night, kind of the same look and feel as City Nites by BK. I'm pretty sure the name of this level starts with the word "City," but I haven't been able to find it anywhere online.

The yellow part is a wide road with sidewalks on either side and buildings in the middle. The track does a figure 8 around this road, then goes up a skinny ramp (the blue with yellow lines) up to a bridge (the blue) and back down the ramp onto the figure 8 to start again. Pretty simple level but it was fun for clockwork carnage.
Does anybody know what level I'm talking about and if it is available online?
