Is it possible to create a championship?
You could replace the tracks and cars to create your own challenge/championship, then reset the championship table or use one of RV utilities to alter your progress record in the registry.
But the tracks would have to be in the specific folders of the tracks in the specific championship level.
But you can not manually create a personalised championship. Unless you can edit the ReVolt.exe and rewrite the game engine.
