Is it possible to race with the car of your own choice?
I mean that can we choose the opponent cars to race with?

if you mean by default (only official patches applied) then afaik no (not sure about any cheats/parameters or dev version though).

as for the ongoing development here I think it is planned as a future feature and I would also love to see it ingame.
