Smoothened wheel wells, removed those polygons that make the rear wing look thicker. The textures will be 512x512.

Sounds interesting that you're going to make the textures in 512x512 format. How highpoly is the model compared to the original Volken Turbo?

Jig: I won't do the original racing livery, i will do a new one, possibly an Advan one.
Urne: 206 vertices, 380 faces for now (according to Zmodeler)

Should i make NFS3/4-like windows? i'm afraid of how pixely the windows may look when textured with that mapping.
EDIT: Possibly, i will make the roof lower or less banked windows.

You're still gonna run into the issue of "lack of vertex shading" on the model. Are you gonna texture some shadows in to work around this?
