An uregistered contributor coming from different IP's is editing the RRR page thinking it is a chat room.

he can't be a spammer, it's a spambot
and also, not only RRR, RVF is included as well

I think it's time to don't allow unregistered contributors to edit pages.

I mentioned that there are hackers who use INFECTED computers (zombies) to do anything they want as they don`t risk of been banned or catched -- the IP is different for every zombie computer.
