Some idiot showed up on RV House and know he's just spamming to death, and ignoring the dude will only have an effect for so long. Arto, will you put the global ignore list back up and put him onm it please?

u know u can create ur own ignore list that will suffice, unless he/she is creating many different user names.

That's the problem.
He was many names, ummm... "GLOBALIGNORELISTFTW" , "Wave" and "BIG_dancing_NIGGER" i think...hmmm.
Ignore list will suffice for me, but for newcomers, it won't.
