RVZT should let authors/uploaders put Description in the Car/Track information because the preview images doesn't tells too much. What do you think?

I think this is not needed. Some people are too lazy, or don't have time, or can't make a description for his/her car. I think the car admins should reject cars without a image
with the car, and to show how it looks
in the game, not in real life or converted from another game. A pic of it would tell enough.
That's what I think.

a pic doesn't tells anything about the car's handling or top speed

You could put the readme file as a description.
Or not.

There's people that says "i don't like it" just because they saw the car externally, refusing to download and read the ReadMe where's the description.

I agree. Having the readme file easily accessible could be nice. And maybe could be automated if car are submited/packed correctly.

There are plans in the new RVZT to display author comments. They will show up (if the author enters information) right above other user comments.

Also, to prevent the new RVZT to get too long, you could possibly implement a hide/show function for that, as well as other new small details.
