Toyeca is such a great car. Why oh why they keep hating on my baby

Meh, PurpXL was always my favorite car, hahahaha. Blame the Dreamcast version and the fact it was the first version I ever played.

Toyeca doesn't suck, but it is not better or worse than Cougar and Humma :]

Just a warning: Cat "renamed" (in a simply wrong way) Toyeca to "Toyef**k". You missed the "e" letter, which made your word have a pretty perverted sense... at least for some people. Also, let's not call it like that anymore. It's just a simple (stock) car, which is the easiest to handle in Re-Volt. Nothing more.

Back on-topic:

The fact that there are teens who won't try to be "cool" (by that I refer to such things as smoking, drinking alcohol, "owning" while playing FPS, etc., just to "impress" their "friends") is great!
But the fact that they consider overrated things (in this case, Toyeca) a way to "look/be cool" and they exaggerate in such an inexpressible way (like renaming Toyeca to a contemptuous name) is... well, unacceptable- at least in my opinion.

Need to organize more Semi-pro/advanced/amateur/rookie race XD

Of course, sooner/later they’ll bored with Toyeca. Try battle tag and race with Rotor, it’s fun, since it’s driveable even flipped...

Meh... A good driver is good driver with any car, and it's his own decision what car he wants to race with, it's noone else's business. It's totally useless to argue about which is the best car... Each has their advantages and disadvantages. The fact that most people use Toyeca proves that it has the most easily explorable advantages (it's sort of an 'Aurea Mediocritas' between Cougar and Humma, and that seems to be appealing for players)

I personally drive Toyeca most of the time, but I can drive the other cars too, some of my time trial records are with Cougar. I didn't find Humma too useful for time trial/no pickup race (though it can be almost as fast as Toyeca, on most of the tracks) but with a decent skill it can be a good choice for a pickup-race, because of its ability to regain quickly after getting shot. For very fast tracks Panga is a good choice too.
I don't think any other 'strictly' stock cars (by that I mean no UFO, which can easily beat the best Toyeca times by many seconds, if driven properly) can compete with these, on any track.

Thanks god the times have changed for good and now we see a lot more variety of cars in online races.

Yes, because basically you have to drive all the cars with the same technique. If you use a car which is more sensitive for the 'tap-tap turning' (for example Humma), you get a feedback whether you are doing it well, or not. But if Cougar (or Toyeca) doesn't spin out if you press left or right arrow for a relatively long time, it doesn't mean it's good to turn with it like that. You turn much more smoothly if you use very short and fast taps, and that makes you be faster in turns (especially the fast ones), than turning with one long press of the button, and making big skidmarks.
That's why cars like Humma are very useful, especially for practice. If you can drive Humma at a good level, you will never spin out with easier-to-control cars, so it is advisable to try out, and try to master cars, which are not so comfortable; before you stick to one (if ever).

Toyeca is not the easiest to control, it's just the more complete stock car in the game for all tracks (good acceleration, good fullspeed, good weight and other stuffs), It's the best car that's all.
I think that if some players search to drive an other car when they can drive the best car (toyeca), there is only one reason : they sux too much with the toyeca

The reason is that some people prefer FUN before the COMPETITION. You are a competitive driver, so you will always pick the one that you think it's the best car (Toyeca). Stingox is another competitive driver, so he always picks the one that he thinks it's the best car (Humma).

In the other hand, I prefer Fun before the competition. So I enjoy driving all cars without exceptions, even Rookies, Advanced, Random races, or balanced custom cars.

Oh, and beating Toyeca with Cougar or Humma, or with a Semi-Pro, is the most fun experience a revolter can have.

We do race in revolt (or tag), it's a competition with ranking at the end, so we are all competitors. I can't dissociate the fun and the competition.
For me, more competiton, so more adrenaline so more Fun. It was like that before, the new scene like said cat is not the mode only toyeca, the new scene it's all bullshits about rookie cars and battle tag.

1) Do not say anything wrong about battle tag, only cause you can't play it. It's pretty much different from races, yeah, but that doesn't make it worse. My opinion is that you can only enjoy it if you are over a certain level, you do things conciously. I can see that driving around randomly without knowing why you get or lose the star, can not be too much fun, but for me it's a fantastic feeling, to estimate where other players go, and intercept them from the side, not just chasing them (also, it's much more useful against better palyers). Believe me, if you have everything planned you will enjoy the tags.

2) You don't like tags cause no competition, no adrenaline? I can only lol about this.

We do RACE in revolt (or TAG), it's a COMPETITION with a ranking at the end.
And i say what i want about battle tag. it's just there for decoration. I can play it, but i don't want to play it. Chase or intercept others for a star is cool during a 1 or 2 tag track. But after it's so boriiing. Btw, i stop it, the battle tag is not the subject of this topic.

Me and my brother often play battle tag and its a lot more fun than races. I don't have enough time to jump at RV House but the splitscreen feature has made it possible for me to play tags now.

I can't play tag and I don't like it either. This is a car game and I play it for racing, not to jump around. but there is no need to hate it. really it takes skill to play battle tag.
