At this competitions need first make werry long track ONLY with Track Editor.
Longest will win...
Later you can download all the track and play it. Maibe there later will be competitions with driving...(at RVHouse)....MAIBE.

i think he means you can not use the same piece 6 times in a row. i guess to prevent loooooong straights.

In Track Editor for very long track's making need to think.
But with rvglue & etc. you can make unlimited long track..
