yep, KIWI, but I think he is not posting them on rvzt, only post them in his site

I don't know about that. I used to post all the time tracks to RVZT obtained from other sources. Unless the readme.txt specifically forbids posting to other sites, or Kiwi specifically forbids, I don't see a problem.

hmm ... yeah but I think Killer Wheels want to submit his tracks alone on rvzt because
sometimes he come online.....

Yeah, he's still around. You just have to catch him at the right time. His new site layout can't be more than a month old.
