I'm pretty desperate for more RAM on my upstairs computer. A measly 128 mb is installed. I'm curious if anyone has any useless RAM that would work for me... I can probably get some new but because it's an older type it ends up being quite a bit, near 60 dollars to be precise, for just a gig. This feels like a waste of money. My computer is a Dell Dimension 4400 and it takes DDR RAM, PC2100, and it is 184-pin. Just wanna know if any of you computer afficianados have anything similar to this that I could use.

And even if you're thinking "No, Adam, why should I give it to you for free?" tell me what price you want for it and I'll consider it. This computer is old as all heck but I want to appreciate it for lasting as long as it has.

i have a dell dimension 2350. when i buy a new pc sometime in the not-so-near future i will send you mines. i wouldnt know how to remove it, maybe i send u my whole tower lol.

I don't have unless RAM , sorry.

I do have a Compaq computer with 256MB RAM installed, but I am more like considering to upgrade it with 1GB, than trash it. Maybe in the future, I don't know.
