Many way to do that ...
The simpliest : press "Print Screen" whenever you want then paste your screen in "Paint" or any other image éditor ...
Better if you take your screen in replay mode after race or if you put "TVTIME" as your name then press F6 to get control of the camera with mouse and AZEQSD keys.
Finaly you can download a soft like "Grab Clip Save" witch allows you to record a screen each time you press "Print Screen"...
